Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders that appear fraudulent or violate these terms.

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping

Shipping times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our home and body products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
